IMCare is administered by Itasca County Health & Human Services (ICHHS) and enrolls individuals who are eligible for benefits under Minnesota Health Care Programs (Medical Assistance, General Assistance Medical Care and MinnesotaCare). Applicants may apply through the County Human Service Agency. MinnesotaCare applications can also be mailed to the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
