Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
	Use of an N95 Respirator: Cleaning Up After the Flood Activities like sweeping, using power saws, shoveling debris, or cleaning up mold can all be a concern, especially in enclosed spaces. A special type of mask – known as an “N95 respirator” – can help, but only if you use it safely and correctly. N95 respirators are designed to make a tight seal against the wearer’s face, in order to decrease the risk of breathing in potentially harmful particles that may be present in the air.
