Conference objectives
The 2024 Minnesota Antibiotic Stewardship Conference, with the theme "From Insights to Interventions," aims to drive progress in antibiotic stewardship across different health care settings. The agenda will explore innovative approaches like diagnostic stewardship, artificial intelligence, and behavioral science to enhance antibiotic stewardship programs. The conference will also examine antimicrobial resistance through a lens of One Health and health equity.
Attendees can expect to gain practical knowledge on best practices, implementation strategies, and the challenges faced in diverse health care settings when it comes to antibiotic stewardship.
To improve antibiotic stewardship in Minnesota, we will:
- Discuss diagnostic stewardship and behavioral science concepts to enhance antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Describe best practices, implementation ideas, and challenges in antibiotic stewardship across health care settings.
- Explore the threat of antimicrobial resistance through a lens of One Health and health equity.
