Log In to CICT Connect Regional Model

There are 2 steps to logging in to CICT Connect.

Step 1: Log in to AWS Connect

Then return to this page and click on the link in "Step 2" below.

Step 2: Go to the CICT customized contact control panel (CCP)

Remember to log out of the CCP when you are done working for the day.
